Returns & Refund Policy

 

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service or experience any issues, please contact us at themindfulreiki@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help you.

Energy Healing Sessions: 

Payments for our remote energy healing sessions and packages are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. In the event that we must cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Shipping Policy 

 

Digital Products: Our digital products are available worldwide and are delivered instantly via automated email after purchase where you can download the file. If you experience any issues accessing your digital downloads, please reach out to us at themindfulreiki@gmail.com, and we do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Energy Healing Sessions: 

All energy healing sessions are conducted online and must be booked in advance through our website Contact Us form or via email. Once your session is booked and payment is received, you will receive confirmation details via email, including the link to join the session and instructions. 

 

Please note, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid being charged. Package purchases, such as packs of 4 sessions, must be used within the agreed timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
